I would like to just take a moment to thank and recognize the manager and staff at the Fairhaven location. Interestingly enough, I originally had an appointment with Town Fair Tire across the street. Besides the horrible customer service I experienced as soon as I walked in the door ( they basically acted as if I wasn’t there, even with a scheduled appointment),they were also unable to accommodate my needs. As I drove off, I passed Sullivan Tire and decided it wouldn’t hurt to go in and see what they had to say regarding my situation. And I’m so happy I did!! It was my first experience with the company and I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff at Sullivan Tire. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine kindness, professionalism, and respect. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make sure I felt heard, informed, and taken care of. Thank you to the entire Sullivan Tire team for making what was a stressful experience so easy and positive. You have an incredible staff, and I will absolutely continue to utilize your services as well as recommend Sullivan Tire to family and friends!

If there was an option to select zero stars, I'd have picked it. I think management must have changed there. Sullivan Tire in FH used to be a pretty decent place. It seems like a bit of a joke now. They're nice enough, but it's just not carefully managed. Most recent experience: 1. Went in to order a set of new tires. They printed out and handed me a purchase order for the set. 2. On the appointed day, I brought the car in. 3. Someone who spoke like he was 16 years old called to tell me I needed new TPMS sensors all around as the dashboard LED was on and the sensors had failed. He quoted ~$400 for the set. I told him the light wasn't on when I brought the car there, so that had to be fiction. He said he didn't know anything about it but would tell the tech not to replace them. 4. A few hours later, they called me to tell me the work was done, and I could come get the car. However, when I arrived, it was still up on the lift and nowhere near done. The lady at the counter stated that they had confused it with another similar car. I waited while they finished it up. Finally, they were done and I paid and left. 5. A few minutes later, I noticed that they had put on the w

The air pressure indicators in 2 of my tires were malfunctioning. The service at Sullivan's was quick and the people there were extremely helpful and courteous. I definitely recommend them.

The Fairhaven store manager Amanda is amazing. I had a new starter installed in my truck about 4 weeks ago. I was experiencing issues very similar to the issues I was having before I had the starter replaced. I brought the truck in to see what the issue was. Amanda was very responsive and got my truck right in to inspect what the issue might be. After careful inspection of the work they had done on the starter they ran other diagnostics and found it was my battery cold cranking amps was very low. She promptly ordered the necessary battery fo my truck and literally had me back in working order in less than an hour. I was very impressed with her concern of making sure the past workmanship was not and issue, quickly diagnosing the problem getting me back on the road. I have been using Sullivan tire in Fairhaven for over 10 years for my 3 vehicles and will continue to do so. Great service and care.

I love the Fairhaven Sullivan's team. They truly take care of their customers. Go in for an oil change and they also put air in my tires. A crew of amazing mechanics and front staff who walk their customers through all options. Pulling for the best price and quality. A place where any women woh may or may not know about cars can feel safe they are not being screwed over. You are an equal in their eyes.
